The Waverley - Sleeps 2  

This gorgeous room is on the first floor in the main house with fantastic views of the garden.   The bedroom with a private spa bathroom has luxurious features like a Queen size bed with ironed high thread count sheets, Wifi, flatscreen television, and HVAC that incorporates a plasma air cleaner. The Waverley is conveniently located in the main house, a few steps to the guest pantry with full size refrigerator, filtered water, ice and microwave.  The large Private Bathroom has a Travertine tile walk-in rainfall/massage shower, marble sink and spectacular jetted tub.  The Waverley is perfect for those who want luxury and easy access to all the extras.

The Pinewood - Sleeps 2 

Immerse yourself in the plush King size bed and refresh all of your senses in the well-appointed steam shower with jetted tub, hydro body massage, rainfall shower, and more. Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with beautiful antique furnishings, worldly comforts and hi-tech electronics. Keep in touch by working from the room's data port desk. WiFi and a flatscreen television with cable are included in this luxurious room.

The Hilltop House - Sleeps 4 

The Hilltop House welcomes you and your family to unpack, relax and unwind.  Reconnect among the gorgeous coastal living furnishings which include two Queen size bed, desk with data port or WiFi, flatscreen television and comfortable sitting chair.  Wrap yourself in our Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast robe for a private spa bath experience.  Relax your muscles in a one of a kind steam shower with a rainfall shower head and jetted body massage jets.  Come and enjoy all the extra goodies.  

The Newcastle - Sleeps 3 

As one of the largest rooms, The Newcastle is elegantly designed with a King bed, sleeper chair, desk with data port station flatscreen television with cable and a gorgeously tiled bathroom with walk-in shower.  You will feel pampered the minute you step foot or wheel into The Newcastle.  So comfortable!!

The Avamere - Sleeps 5

The Avamere is our premiere room and deluxe suite!

A large spacious private deck welcomes you to sit outside and enjoy coffee with breakfast. A stunning King size bed, queen size sleeper sofa and sleeper chair offer flexibility and comfort. The spectacular bath with dual sauna shower, jetted tub, dual hydro body massage, and rainfall shower create a honeymoons paradise. The sitting area and desk allow you to work & play in style!  Flatscreen television with cable and WiFi in room. 

The Princess Anne - Sleeps 2 

Make your way up the gorgeous 21" wide oak spiral staircase to the private porch offering a glimpse of a beautiful morning sunrise. A Queen bed invites you in and the flatscreen television, jetted tub and exquisite rainfall shower will take your breath away.

The Albemarle - Sleeps 2 

The Albemarle room has more than spacious charm with a King size bed, HDTV, data port desk and lots of gorgeous natural light exuding from the south. Its beautifully appointed private bathroom with hydro body massage shower and jetted tub will rejuvenate your soul after playing on the beach, running on the boardwalk or relaxing with a book.

The Breakers - Sleeps 2 

The Breakers welcomes guests to stretch out in the Queen bed and feel pampered in the gorgeous modern bathroom. The steam shower with hydro body massage will lift your spirit and put your mind at rest. This cozy room is beautifully appointed and the walls are accented with vintage postcards.
